What is a Doula?

A doula is a labor and birth companion who brings confidence, connection, and support to the birthing family and is an integral part of the birth team.

As your doula I am here to help with the challenges of labor, both physically and emotionally. I am prepared to help you embark on your unique birthing journey gently through relaxation techniques, comfort measures, labor positions, inclusion of loved ones, and evidence based information.

I offer guidance through this rite of passage with compassion and non-judgement.

Current Rate

$750.00

* FREE 30 minute consultation

* 2 prenatal visits to discuss your labor and birth

* Unlimited phone/text support throughout pregnancy

* On-call from 38 weeks until delivery

* Birth support (emotional, informational, physical support throughout labor and delivery)

* Up to 2 hours post delivery support

* 1 in-home postpartum visit to reflect on birth, offer breastfeeding support, provide additional resources as needed.

Virtual services are available, please contact me so we can set up a virtual support offering that fits your needs.

I work with families of all incomes, and payment plans are available to accommodate families as needed so my services are not a financial burden.
